Welcome

PRESIDENT’S LETTER

Thank you for flying with AirTran Airways

On behalf of all AirTran Airways Crew Members nationwide, I want to welcome you onboard and let you know how much we appreciate your business.

Whether you’re traveling to start the fourth quarter strong, check out the autumn leaves or just get away from it all, we’re glad you’re flying with us. And, as the Official Airline of the Away Game, AirTran Airways is the right choice whether you’re a serious football fan or your hometown baseball team is still in the hunt for the 2007 World Series championship.

At AirTran Airways, we’re committed to providing you with exceptional air travel values, bringing together low fares with excellent service, convenient online booking, and passenger-focused extras like XM Satellite Radio, EasyFit overhead bins and Business Class seating on every plane.

Over time, more and more people have come to rely on AirTran Airways—and we’ve grown as a result, adding new flights, new destinations and new aircraft. In fact, we now operate America’s youngest all-Boeing fleet, giving us a real advantage in fuel economy and passenger comfort.

Today, AirTran Airways is one of the largest, most successful low-fare airlines, with more than 700 daily flights to 55 destinations from sea to shining sea. We’ve grown significantly in recent months, introducing new nonstops between Las Vegas and Akron/Canton, Bloomington/Normal, Dayton, Flint, Milwaukee, Moline/Quad Cities and Rochester.

Next month, we will add more nonstop service to top Florida destinations like Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and West Palm Beach from cities across the Midwest and Northeast, including Akron/ Canton, Boston, Chicago, Flint, Newburgh, Rochester, St. Louis and White Plains. For specific destination details and to book your flight, visit airtran.com.

We’re rolling out additional new flights in December, launching seasonal service between Milwaukee and Phoenix and increasing to daily our existing nonstop service between Milwaukee and both Ft. Myers and Tampa. In early 2008, we’ll add new nonstops between Raleigh/Durham and Orlando.

As we grow, AirTran Airways remains committed to delivering the best possible air travel experience. To this end, we recently extended our longstanding partnership with The Coca-Cola Company. We have a history of introducing new Coke beverages on our flights, and we now offer the most Coke brands of any US airline. (For a complete beverage list, see page 174.)

As you may have noticed, our inflight magazine is expanding as well. The issue of Go that you’re currently reading is about 25% bigger, thanks largely to an extensive new city guide section starting on page 119. With these new Go Guides covering all AirTran Airways cities, there’s nothing stopping you from enjoying the very best your destination has to offer.

Thanks again for flying with us. We look forward to seeing you on another AirTran Airways flight very soon.

Cordially,

Bob Fornaro
President and COO
